AlmaReach partners with leading academic institutions to deliver transparent analytics, ethical data enrichment, and strategic insight that strengthens fundraising outcomes.
We are redefining how development teams access and use institutional intelligence.
By harnessing cutting-edge technology, including agentic AI, we automate data retrieval and analysis at a scale and depth never before possible. Our platform draws from broader and more diverse data sources than any competing solution, transforming fragmented information into clear, strategic insight.
Rooted in academic and scientific rigor, we hold ourselves to the highest standards of precision, integrity, and methodological excellence. Institutional data should be as reliable and defensible as peer-reviewed research, and we’ve built our system accordingly.
The result: development teams equipped with unprecedented visibility, sharper strategy, and the confidence to pursue fundraising opportunities with clarity and conviction.
Unlike manual researchers, we use modern automation tools to provide enriched
profiles and insights for many thousands of alumni, ensuring that no stone goes
left unturned in the Advancement pipeline.
All scoring frameworks and modelling approaches are clearly documented.
With no black-box outputs, institutions can interpret exactly what out outputs
mean for their fundraising efforts.
We recognise that when being entrusted with such personal data, privacy is
paramount. We are committed to upholding GDPR best practice, and to relying
totally on fully public data sources.
AlmaReach was born out of frustration and conviction.
Working inside Development Offices, we saw firsthand how ambitious fundraising strategies were being held back by one persistent constraint: incomplete, outdated, and fragmented data. Employment records were years out of date. Alumni had moved industries, founded companies, risen into leadership roles, yet none of it was reflected in the data we relied on.
Routine prospecting tasks became hours of manual detective work. Entire cohorts of alumni were effectively invisible. Not because anyone had failed, but because at an institutional scale, tracking tens or hundreds of thousands of individuals manually is simply impossible. Even the most skilled researchers cannot keep pace with the speed of modern careers.
And without comprehensive current data, critical opportunities were missed. Major gift prospects went unidentified. Potential mentors remained undiscovered. Alumni networks appeared smaller and less dynamic than they truly were. Extraordinary individuals were flying under the radar.
We kept asking a simple question: Why can’t Development teams work from a complete, continuously updated dataset?
We searched for a solution. None existed.
So we built one.
Today, Development teams are navigating increasingly complex campaigns whilst relying on fragmented enrichment tools, static datasets, and opaque scoring systems. AlmaReach replaces that patchwork approach with a unified, automated platform powered by modern technology and advanced AI.
We conduct deeper, broader, and more systematic searches across data sources than any other solution on the market, delivering transparent and comprehensive enrichment across entire alumni bases.
AlmaReach isn’t just another tool, it’s a new foundation for institutional intelligence.

Experiencing the operational realities of alumni relations and fundraising firsthand, he saw how limited, outdated data constrained strategic potential. At the same time, his background in web-based data retrieval, automation, and text analysis positioned him to approach those challenges differently.
